Customer interviews reveal why buyers ignore your marketing ads

Your buyer thinks differently on every platform. A Google searcher wants answers fast. A Reddit user wants honest peer advice. Do not use the same script everywhere. Talk to your customers to learn their specific mindset. This helps you fix ads that are not working.

Stop guessing why your marketing ads are not getting clicks. The same customer acts like a Different person depending on where they are online. A buyer searching Google for payroll software is ready to buy right now. That same person scrolling LinkedIn between meetings is not looking to shop. If you use the same message in both places, you are wasting your budget. You need to talk to your actual customers to learn what they are thinking. Ask them what they were trying to solve when they first found you. Ask them why they stopped scrolling on social media or why they trust a specific Reddit forum. You might find that your polished website copy sounds like a fake sales pitch to a Reddit community. They want real talk about trade-offs and honest results, not corporate slogans. Even Amazon can be a clue. If your target buyers are reading books on cybersecurity or leadership, writing your own book could be your best new channel. Pay attention to the exact words your customers use to describe their problems. If they say, we did not know why deals kept getting stuck, use that instead of your fancy marketing terms. Show them your ads and ask why they would click or ignore them. If they say your 30% revenue claim sounds fake, change it immediately. Your marketing does not end when they click. Ask them what they looked for on your site and what almost stopped them from buying. Use those answers to fix your landing pages today.
