MYB News does not run advertising cookies or tracking pixels, and nothing on this site follows you to other websites. There is no account to create, no password, and no newsletter box. You can read every article without telling us anything about yourself. We do count how many people visit, using a method that does not identify you and does not build a profile.

MYB News is an independent business news publication. You can reach us at news@mybnews.com or on 848-469-4164. Our postal address is available on request by email.
What happens when you open a page
Our site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like every website, their servers keep a short record of requests: the internet address your device is using, which page you asked for, what browser you are on, and the time. This is how any site stays online and blocks attacks, and how we count roughly how many people visited. We do not use it to build a profile of you, and it is not joined up with anything else.
Your browser also fetches a few things from other companies while the page loads. They can see your internet address because your device connects to them directly, exactly as it does to us:
- Cloudflare — hosts the site and a small piece of page code.
- Pexels — the photographs on the site are served from their servers.
- Google Fonts — the typefaces the site is set in.
- YouTube — only on our video page, and only in the privacy-enhanced mode that does not set viewing cookies unless you press play.
- WhatsApp — only if you tap a WhatsApp link yourself.
Each of those companies has its own privacy policy, which governs what they do with that information. We have no access to it.
Comments
If you leave a comment, we store the name you typed and what you wrote, and both are public. If you leave the name blank it shows as Anonymous. We do not ask for your email address and we do not store your internet address alongside your comment.
Your internet address is used for one thing only: for about a minute after you post, so that a single person cannot flood an article. That record is automatically thrown away after sixty seconds and is never attached to what you wrote.
Comments can be reported by other readers, and we can remove any comment. If you want a comment of yours taken down, email news@mybnews.com and tell us which article it is on.
Cookies
We set no advertising cookies, and we do not use cookies to follow you between websites. Cloudflare may set a small security cookie to tell real readers apart from automated attacks. Members of our own newsroom get a sign-in cookie when they log in to post; readers never receive it.
If you email us, we keep your message so we can answer it and keep a record of corrections. Addresses at mybnews.com are forwarded to a private inbox. We do not add you to any mailing list and we do not pass your address to anyone else.
Advertising
Our advertising is sold directly and privately. Advertisers are not given any information about individual readers, and they do not place their own tracking code on this site. If that ever changes, this page will be updated before it does.
Children
This is a business news site. It is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.
Your choices
Because we hold almost nothing about you, there is usually nothing to delete. If you want a comment removed, or you want to know whether we hold anything of yours, email news@mybnews.com and we will deal with it.
Changes
If we change how any of this works, we will change this page and move the date at the top. The date tells you when it last changed.
