AdvanSix, a chemical manufacturing company that produces nylon solutions, plant nutrients and chemical intermediates, just signed an 18,000-square-foot lease renewal at 300 Kimball Drive in Parsippany, according to ROI-NJ.
Before spinning off in 2016, the company operated as a division of Honeywell, the industrial manufacturing and technology corporation. Signature Acquisitions, the real estate firm that owns the 400,000-square-foot Class A office property, announced the deal on Oct. 23. The five-story building sits on a nine-acre property at the intersection of I-80, I-287 and Route 46, providing accessibility to commuters across the region.
The 300 Kimball Drive property offers tenants a wide range of amenities, including a fitness center, a full-service cafeteria, a golf simulator and a game room and tenant lounge. "New Jersey has a strong ecosystem of innovative companies and our properties are ideal corporate homes for tenants whose businesses reflect where the economy is headed," said Sandy Monaghan, senior vice president of Signature Acquisitions.
Signature Acquisitions signed 23,500 square feet of new leases between July and September 2026, which included the AdvanSix deal along with new leases with NTG Air & Ocean at 6 Commerce Drive in Cranford and MTV Foods at Waterview Plaza in Parsippany.
Year to date, the firm has signed more than 350,000 square feet of new leases, expansions and renewals across more than 30 separate transactions.
