John Cannon Homes Inc., a homebuilder, sold the property at 1018 Blue Shell Loop to buyers James and Janice Bisesi, of Sarasota.
Built in 2025, the house packs four bedrooms, five baths, a private pool, and 3,780 square feet of living area. Down the road, other properties changed hands in a busy stretch for the master-planned community. D&D Associates LLC sold a home on Marlow Place for $1.9 million, taking a loss after buying it for $1.04 million earlier in 2025.
Another seller parted with a San Lazzaro Avenue house for $1.75 million, down from $1.91 million in 2024. For anyone watching property values move across the sunbelt, the numbers show high-end buyers still writing massive checks for finished construction with pools. That is a lot of square footage changing hands before the weekend.
