Beyond office space, the property features a 69-stall private, three-level subterranean parking garage and ground-floor retail space. According to Connect CRE, the building will be delivered vacant through a competitive bidding process. Stephen Somer, vice chairman at CBRE, said opportunities to acquire a vacant Class A office building of this scale in downtown Manhattan Beach are exceptionally rare.
The property sits in one of the most established and sought-after coastal business communities in Southern California.
