ResinTech plans $30M Camden expansion, adding 100 jobs
ResinTech, a family-owned manufacturer of ion exchange resins, is investing $30 million to expand its 27-acre campus in Camden. The project adds 34,500 square feet of space and brings 100 new permanent jobs by early 2028.

ResinTech, a family-owned manufacturer of water purification resins, is expanding its headquarters in Camden with a $30 million project that will add 100 new permanent jobs, according to NJBIZ. The company is adding a 34,500-square-foot manufacturing and warehouse building to its existing 27-acre campus in the city.
Construction on the expansion is expected to begin in November and wrap up in early 2028. The project will also retain 259 existing jobs and support about 113 construction positions. New Jersey Community Capital, a community development financial institution, closed a $15 million New Markets Tax Credit transaction to help finance the expansion.
“The NMTC program allows us to make a significant long-term investment in Camden while creating quality manufacturing jobs in the community,” said ResinTech CEO Jeff Gottlieb. ResinTech previously relocated its operations from West Berlin, New Jersey, in 2019 with financial support from the same community lender.
The company opened its 170,000-square-foot Camden facility in 2020 and later added 25,000 square feet of warehouse space in 2024. Beyond its core operations, ResinTech functions as a fair-chance employer that provides job opportunities to individuals with criminal records. The company also maintains a Community Benefits Agreement with the city and operates a work-study program with Mastery High School of Camden.
“A company that hires fairly and puts down roots in Camden is the kind of partner whose impact lasts,” said New Jersey Community Capital President and CEO Bernel Hall. Major regional manufacturing expansions often create downstream vendor and service opportunities for local businesses.
