Wayfair just posted its biggest quarter of growth since the pandemic
Wayfair, the online home goods store, just reported $3.4 billion in net revenue.

The short version
- That is up 9.7% from last year.
- U.S. sales jumped 11.4% to $3 billion.
- The company added 22.2 million active shoppers.
Wayfair, the online home goods store, just reported its strongest quarter of growth since the pandemic. Total net revenue hit $3.4 billion for the third quarter, climbing $303 million from a year ago according to Yahoo Finance. U.S. net revenue reached $3 billion, marking an 11.4% increase.
Niraj Shah, the CEO of Wayfair, said the surge flows straight to the bottom line with an adjusted EBITDA profit of $236 million. The company brought in a net income of $62 million for the period ending September 30, 2026. Orders delivered jumped 12.2% to 11 million orders, while active customers climbed to 22.2 million shoppers.
Repeat buyers placed 80% of all orders delivered during the quarter. Mobile devices drove 64.4% of total orders as customers increasingly shopped from their phones. Shah told investors that the company is taking market share at a pace not seen in several years.

When an online home store pulls in numbers like that while the broader category stays flat, the momentum is real. Your customers are clicking and buying more furniture and decor online than they were a year ago.
